NATO air strikes hit Tripoli

NATO has launched three new air strikes in and around Libya’s capital Tripoli, hitting a missile battery to the south and two other targets closer to the city centre.
Libya’s government claims at least three civilians were killed in the air attacks. On the diplomatic front, NATO foreign ministers are meeting for a second day in Berlin.
Fighting continues across Libya
Renewed clashes are underway between pro-democracy forces and Gaddafi troops in the east.
While the western city of Misurata remains under siege, and facing a humanitarian disaster.
